Napa Valley Real Estate

There is a lot of buzz going on about what is happening in downtown Napa, a few years ago after 8 pm you could practically hear a pin drop, but now there's life and action. Chef Morimoto's riverfront restaurant is wonderful a must see and do. The "New" West end with the Avia Hotel, John Anthony Tasting Room open until 2 am), Norman Rose and the delicious Oenotri. The new restaurant "Fish Story" which recently (opened in the Napa Waterfront development and Tylery Florence's new restaurant called "Tyler Florence" will be opening.
I don't know if anyone's been to the Salsa dancing at Ceja Tasting room, they take place Saturday nights after 10pm with lessons, great way to spend your Saturday date night. Seems like Napa has been going through a lot of changes in the past few years, alot of people think that the recession is what created the new idea mentality which is basically what can we do to rejuvenate business. A lot of thinking outside the box.
With prices in Real Estate still lower then they have been in years and interest rates at an all time low investing in Napa should be a consideration, at after all the big investors are shouldn't you? Let me know your thoughts or if you have any questions on Real Estate in the Napa Valley.

  2. Great post, Giselle. My bookclub met at Ceja several months ago, discussed our book over a 'flight', then took part in the salsa dancing lessons. It was fun!
