Home for the Holidays...literally

I just commented on my Facebook page yesterdayFacebook.com/RealtorGiselleLampe  that if you want to or in this world we live in need to sell your home you may just want to think about doing now..as in Right Now verses waiting. The reason for it is that there is less competition in the market during the winter months especially during the Holidays which means Sellers end up with the upper hand in a market that usually is working the other way. Now does this mean if your a buyer this is a horrible time to buy...No not really the market is still a buyers market meaning that prices are at an all time low and sellers who have their home homes listed are serious about selling rather then the ones that are just fishing to see if they can get a good price on their home and make it difficult to show and work with.
