Is Fall a good time to Sell?

Fall is in the air and open houses are slowing down, I really don't know why though. Seems to me that this is an ideal time to sell, yes sure you don't necessarily want to have to pack up and move during the holiday season, but would you if it meant that you would fetch a better price for your home and sell it quicker???

- Yes there are less Buyers but there are more Serious Buyers people who genuinely looking not just seeing what the possibilities are.
